Each booking requires a credit card number as a guarantee. To confirm your booking, the Hotel will execute a pre-authorization on the credit card provided by the client.
The pre-authorization is not an actual payment. It is a system of verification to check the veracity of the credit card by temporarily blocking the total amount as a guarantee.
Non-valid credit cards may result in cancellation.
n case of cancellation beyond the terms, the Hotel is authorized to charge the booking. If there is no penalty charge, the Hotel will release the preauthorized amount.
The booking must be accompanied in any case by a written confirmation.
Costumers are required to give the Hotel a valid credit card, with expiration date and cardholder information.
Costumers may require an invoice upon confirmation by giving the company name and the addressee code.
Cancellation must be sent to the Hotel in written form. The Hotel may reserve the right to apply a penalty as stated by the following Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation until 2 pm of the date of arrival – Cancellation policies may be different in high-season periods, and they will be specified on the confirmation sent by the hotel.
All rooms offer: Double bed / single beds; LCD TV with DTTV, mini-bar, strong box, phone, internet access, free Wi-Fi everywhere, independent air conditioning.
Rates include stay and breakfast between 7 am and 9.45 am.
Check in after 2 pm on the date of arrival and check out before 11 am on the date of departure.
